Mobile coverage in Pakistan
Pakistan's mobile network is served by five main operators: Jazz, Telenor Pakistan, Zong, Ufone, and SCO. 4G LTE coverage is widely available across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and all major cities, with coverage extending along main highway corridors. The Karakoram Highway has coverage in Gilgit, Hunza Valley, and main towns, with signal weakening in narrow gorge sections and at higher elevations. Skardu has coverage in the town, while trekking routes to K2 Base Camp, Fairy Meadows, and remote Karakoram valleys have very limited or no signal. Balochistan, tribal border areas, and remote mountain regions near Afghanistan and India may have very limited infrastructure. MobiSIM connects through supported local networks to deliver reliable data across Pakistan's main urban centres and Karakoram tourist corridor.
